"Didn’t work for my skin"
I really wanted to like this, but it didn’t agree with my skin. After about two days, I started breaking out, which was disappointing. Anyway... it might work better for someone else, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me.

"Lasts longer than most of us would expect"
I bought this from Shiseido a while back, it’s lasted way longer than I thought it would. I use it most mornings and still have a good amount left, so for anyone wondering if it’s worth the price, I’d say it feels like it is. Shipping was smooth too, no problems there. Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

I’ve liked some of the Shiseido creams I’ve tried. The texture feels smooth and definitely not cheap, which is nice. That said, for the price, I was expecting cleaner ingredients and clearer instructions on what each product is best for and how to use it. A few formulas have fragrance and alcohol, and my skin doesn’t always react well to that. Overall, not bad, but just kind of average for me.

"Seems like good value so far"
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the quality feels solid for the price. I haven’t had it long enough to say for sure how well it’ll hold up, but so far it seems worth it.

I don’t know what was going on, but I tried to pay twice and the checkout kept freezing on me. I’d get right to the end and then it would just hang there, which was frustrating. It did finally go through, so at least there’s that, but the whole thing took way longer than it should have

"Good moisture, just a little heavy"
My skin does feel softer after using this. Dry patches are mostly under control too. Most days, it works well. Took off one star because in humid weather, it can feel a bit heavy. Not terrible. Just noticeable.

I do like shiseido products, but using the site was a bit frustrating. A couple of things I wanted were out of stock, and there wasn’t any clear info about when they’d be available again. I checked back later and still didn’t see any update. I get that products sell out, that happens, but you’d think there would at least be some basic restock info or a notification option. Not a huge deal, just annoying.

"Skin’s looking smoother after a couple months"
I’ve been using the serum and cream for around 2 months now, and my skin does look smoother, especially near my eyes. The fine lines aren’t gone or anything, but they look softer and my face just looks less tired overall. It’s def not cheap, but I’m actually really glad I stuck with it.

"Nice feel, but a little sticky"
It feels smooth at first, but it’s a bit heavier and stickier than I expected. Also, the package looked like it had been handled carelessly, which was annoying. The product itself is okay, just not as comfortable as I hoped.

I’ve used Shiseido on and off for years, so ordering from them just feels kind of easy for me. The site looks legit, my orders have always shown up fine, and I’d rather buy from a brand I already know than some random skincare shop because... yeah, it just feels safer.

"Packaging was actually really nice"
My Shiseido order showed up in great shape, no dents or any leaking or anything. The box was neat and everything inside felt super secure, which I always appreciate. Happy with how it came tbh.

"Good products, annoying website"
I was just trying to buy a moisturizer. The site made it harder than it needed to be. Pages loaded slow. The filters also kept resetting when I went back.
Checkout was not great either. It felt clunky. I had to type in some info again. The promo code box was also kind of confusing at first.
The products themselves are nice. I do like them. But shopping on the site was frustrating. I expected it to be easier.

"Still remember how nice it smelled"
I remember liking this scent right away because it was soft and clean without being overpowering. It’s the kind of smell that leaves a nice impression without taking over the room.

"It took way too long to get a response"
I reached out to customer service and, it felt like ages before anyone got back to me. When they finally did, the response didn’t really clear much up or make me feel like my issue was being taken seriously. To me, it came across like they were just trying to reply quickly rather than actually help

"Easy return, refund was a little slow"
The return process itself was really simple and I didn’t have any issues sending the item back. The only downside was that my refund took a few extra days to come through, which was a bit frustrating while I was waiting. It did arrive in the end though, so I felt relieved and appreciated that everything got sorted.

"Showed up on time, surprisingly"
My order actually came on time, which I wasn’t expecting. The delivery was reliable, though I kept checking the tracking because I was a little suspicious something would go wrong. But nope, it showed up when it was supposed to.

I was surprised by how fast this showed up. Everything was in good shape, and even if the packaging wasn’t absolutely perfect, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, really happy with the quick shipping.
